Join us every Saturday at 8:15 A.M. for the Saturday Stride & Stroll! This is our 'Saturday Group Run,' rebranded.

We aim to encourage a healthy, active lifestyle and urge participants of all ages, paces, and abilities to join. This social, inclusive event is fun for the whole family! Strollers and kids on bikes are allowed. You can even bring your dog, as long as they are on a leash. Pre-planned routes are roughly 3 miles, but you can go as short or as far as you'd like.

This free event happens EVERY Saturday, rain, shine, sleet, or snow, unless otherwise noted.
