Mankato Marathon Shakeout Run
We're hosting a shakeout run for the Mankato Marathon! Join us at the store at 7:00 AM on Friday, October 18th. We'll have coffee and snacks afterward as well. This run is free to attend; anyone is welcome to join!
A shakeout run is an easy 10 to 30 minute jog done the day before your race. They help relieve stress, boost confidence, and loosen your muscles. They are beneficial for amateur and professional athletes alike!

Rainbow Run
Get excited for the first-ever Rainbow Run!
Bag drop at River Valley Running will open at 8:00 AM (please pick up your belongings by 10:30 AM)
Head to Riverfront Park around 8:15 AM; the run will start at 8:30 AM. Depending on the number of participants, we may need to start in waves to ensure everyone has enough space on the River Trail. This will be an un-timed fun run.
The route will be on the River Trail heading towards Sibley Park. We'll have various distances marked so you can choose how far you want to go. The route is subject to change based on weather and conditions.
Coffee and snacks by Lush Cakes will be provided afterward, free of charge.
